Questions about plans
What counts as a view?
One view is one person opening one of your cameras. If the same viewer opens it again within 5 minutes, it still counts once. Views from all your cameras add up, and the count starts again on the 1st of every month. Your dashboard shows this month's views.
What happens if I use up my views?
Your cameras pause and viewers see "This stream is paused" until the next month starts or you move to a bigger plan. Upgrading starts the new plan right away.
Do prices include GST?
No, prices are before GST. 18% GST is added, and you get a GST tax invoice every month. Add your GSTIN under Billing in the dashboard to claim input tax credit.
How do I pay?
Plans are prepaid. You add money to your StreamLink balance by UPI or bank transfer, and each month's plan is paid from that balance. The Billing page in your dashboard shows how to pay and your full payment history.
Can I change my plan later?
Yes, any time from the Billing page. A bigger plan starts immediately and its first month is charged then. A smaller plan starts when your current month ends. We don't split months.
What if I need more than the Pro plan?
For more than 30 cameras or 5,00,000 views a month, contact us. We'll suggest a setup and a price for your audience.
